With most of our staff having gone through project management trainings and workshops, our focus is to provide the best service and expertise, achievable. We ensure that our core focus in all projects handled is our client by customizing our solutions uniquely to each of them. This is geared towards customer satisfaction through optimal quality with reduced cost within the stipulated timelines.
At Tuge Height Limited, we run a collapsed structure within our Project Management team where the project manager takes sole responsibility for resource management putting into consideration each client’s requirements. Each team deployed to each location is led by a project Manager who will be the single and direct point of contact with our clients. During the duration of each project, all international standards and client recommended procedures will be observed to ensure conformance to business ethics.
TUGE HEIGHT LIMITED always uses a standard project management approach to all projects and evaluates the workability of each project using project plans, implementation sheets, timelines and milestones. We also ensure up-to-speed communication with our clients, identifying bottlenecks, proffering risk mitigation solutions and work progress reports. All communications remain as client request except otherwise needed.
Our Project Management team ensures the following:
- Meeting with all clients to set timelines and responsibility matrix for each project
- We take responsibility for all purchase, in-time delivery, installation/construction and logistics required within the duration of each project.
- All bottlenecks which may adversely impact on the project timelines are communicated directly to our client’s representative.
- All changes/variations to be done on each project are discussed with client’s representative before initiation
- We are responsible for all activities on all our clients’ projects and ensure a single point of contact from us to our clients including cases were sub-contractors are used.
- Corporate Social Responsibility is factored in all projects to ensure the economic well being of each are we operate
Our clients ensure the following:
• Provision of all working drawings and required measurements.
• Provision of all company standards and procedures for the project.
• Provision of Scope of work.
• Provision of all expected deliverables.
• Provision of location addresses
• Provision of any other needed information for risk awareness.
